I love the Black Bean Soup as well. My favorite is the Pepito (Steak Sandwich). Thank you for the previous recipies (Banana Monkey, Lime Soup, etc…) I look forward to more!

When are you going to print the recipe for the Chicken lime soup and the Black Bean soup. We have spent two weeks in June for the past 18 years in Cancun and it is never to hot to eat the soup.

My husband and I LOVE the shrimp ceviche!! We can not get enough of it and have tried to find a comparable ceviche in local restaurants here, to no avail. We order it once every day while we are in Cancun. We have a timeshare at the Royal Sands and have another timeshare which we trade in for one of the other “Royals”. We would really appreciate the recipe for shrimp ceviche. All of the Royal food is good-we have never found anything we didn’t enjoy. Diane & Monte Thornburg
