Dear Louis: Coors Light is not one of the more requested drinks at the pool bars, however the Restaurant Management team has indicated that they will be able to satisfy your request. When you are at the Pool Bars in The Royal Sands please identify yourself by name and they will serve your beer. I hope hat this helps. Enjoy your vacation.

My parents and I just spent two weeks at the Mayan and could not get enough of the beach. We have been going "home" to the Royals twice a year for 15 years and have never seen the beach so big. It is absolutely marvelous! While we enjoy the slower times and less people in Cancun, we sure hope that the beach restoration brings tourism back to what it once was or beyond. Everyone in the world should experience the beauty, the blessings and the wonderful people.

Dear Lorraine: Thank you for writing to Royal Resorts News. The rocks you mentioned were covered by sand during the beach restoration project. Swimming is permitted unless the lifeguard on duty decides that the weather and wave conditions - a strong breeze and surf - make it risky. When the red flags are flying on the beach swimming is prohibited. Yellow flags mean moderate wave action, swim with care and green flags indicate that conditions are perfect. I hope that this helps and that you and your family enjoy the beach.

The pictures are so beautiful. It is so nice to see the beaches are back. We have been to the royal resorts 4 different occasions. Last March we were there with our 3 boys. Its was so sad to see they couldn't enjoy the beautiful beaches and water. Beaches look so good now. My question is this: We are returning because of the change, but are the resorts allowing people in the water? Just worried because not hearing much about if people are able to swim now or are there still problems with the rocks. thank you, lorraine

Wow, absolutely beautiful, can't wait to walk on those beaches again! I love Cancun, and I love the Royal Resorts and my extended family there. A Huge Thanks goes out from my family to everyone that has made this possible. I cannot wait for my next trip "home." Please let President Calderon and the Mexican Government know of my gratitude. Viva Mexico!

Dear Bob: Thank you for writing to Royal Resorts News. The Royal Haciendas was not included in the Playa del Carmen beach restoration project which took place on a 4.5 km stretch of shoreline further south in front of the town itself and Playacar. I hope that this helps.
