Dear Matt: Thank you for writing to Royal Resorts News. Thomas More Travel, the in-house travel agency for Royal Resorts offers a convenient airport transfer service. Here is the information on rates and how to go about making a reservation. I forwarded your query to the travel agency when I received it and a representative will also be contacting you.
Cancun Airport to the Cancun Royal Resorts
Shared Van Service
$11 US per person one way or $20 US round trip. Vans call at the other Royal Resorts in Cancun and there may be a 15-20-minute wait at the airport as the van or minibus fills with other passengers. Out of consideration for fellow passengers, there is a luggage allowance of two standard size suitcases or one suitcase and one golf bag.
Service available between 7 a.m. and 9:30 p.m., if your flight arrives before or after these times, transport is available in a private van.
Private Van Service
Vans seating 1 to 7 passengers and go straight to your resort. Rates: $55 US one way or $95 US round trip
In larger vans for 7 to 10 passengers Rates: $65 US one way, $120 US round trip
Cancun Airport to The Royal Haciendas, Playa del Carmen, Riviera Maya
Shared Transport

The same luggage allowance applies and the service is also available from 7 a.m. to 9:30 p.m.

We are arriving at the Royal Haciendas in 10 days and we sent an e-mail about 1-1/2 weeks ago with a couple of questions and no on has responded yet. When we stayed at the Royal Haciendas in the spring the concierge contacted us a month before arrival to see if there was anything that they could help us with. This time no one has contacted us at all. How can we get a response?
