Cool Cocktails
You have been asking for it, well this is the moment we let you into the secret of the Banana Monkey, the favorite cocktail at Royal Resorts.
1 ½ oz coffee liqueur
½ oz chocolate cream liqueur
1 oz coconut cream
2 oz Carnation milk
Half a banana
Blend and serve in a large cocktail glass
Of course, it won’t taste quite the same as if you were sitting by the pool at your favorite resort, but it will get you in the mood for your next vacation. Why not prepare some for your friends?
Of course if you have your own favorite Royal cocktail and Happy Hour spot at the resorts, or a recipe that you would like to share, we would love to hear about it.

We were at the Sands this month after been away for several years, my first stop was for the Banana Monkey, I love them and they NEVER taste as good at home without the beach, sun and well everthing!!!!
