I needed a pick me up from here in Chicago. I came across this article and saw Jeremias. I must tell you it transported me to Cancun! His smile and graciousness is something that you cannot describe to anyone who has never been there. I have coworkers who ask me why I keep going back….that is because the employees of the Royal Resorts who become your family. Those words Welcome Home…..music to my ears. Cannot wait to see Jeremias again!

Jeremias is the most wonderful person. He is a friend and he is family. He is always ready to help with his big smile. He never forgets my villa number. During Hurricane Wilma he saved us. He made darn sure we got food. He took care of us. I will always consider him a family member. We love him!
