    Hi, I have week 8 at the RoyalCarribbean, we will not be coming to Cancun in 2012 due to medical reasons.Will you be able to rent my unit for us or is it to late in the season. Please let me know.

    Dear Gary: Thank you for writing to Royal Resorts News. The Royal Market stocks distilled water in its stores with a drugstore counter in The Royal Cancun, The Royal Sands, The Royal Caribbean and The Royal Haciendas. If you are staying at The Royal Mayan or The Royal Islander The Royal Market staff can also arrange to have it delivered to your villa for you. The Royal Market extension at the resorts is Ext. 166 for any queries or requests that you might have. I also sent your comment to the Executive Guest Service Manager so that he and his team are aware that you will be staying with us.

    We will be at Royal Resorts for 6 weeks starting 24 December. I have some medical equipment that requires distilled water. Is this available at the resort? Do I need to seek a Farmicia’?

I sent your request to the Guest Services Manager at The Royal Mayan and he has confirmed your crib request for week 40 at The Royal Mayan. There will be one waiting for you in the villa that you are assigned. I hope that this helps. Please let us know if there is anything else we can assist you with in the lead up to your stay.

    Hi, my family and I have rented a unit week 40 at the royal Mayan. It is unit L 543. We will need a crib for an 18 month old baby in the small lock off unit for my grandson. Can I make sure one is there before my daughter and son in law get there as they will arrive several hours before we do.
