Dear Kathy: Thank you for writing to Royal Resorts News. I apologize for not responding immediately. We have been investigating and continue to investigate this particular case.
The Royal Resorts occupancy limits are as follows: The maximum number of people allowed in the villa is six, four to the suite and two for the lock-off room. A seventh person in the party incurs an additional person charge. In the case of families traveling with babies or toddlers, cribs are available on request (the request must be sent prior to travel and cribs are subject to availability).
Larger families or parties of seven people or more are asked to rent an additional room, suite or villa.
With regard to rental guests coming through the Reservations Center, the confirmation letter they receive clearly states the occupancy limits. Furthermore, when reservations center representatives contact renters they also confirm the occupancy rules. In the event that the number of guests exceeds the permitted level they will be required to rent an additional room.
I hope this helps answer your query. Once again, I am sorry for the delay in getting back to you. Please do not hesitate to contact me if you have additional questions.

Dear Joe: Thank you for writing to Royal Resorts News. Interval Servicing, the company that handles membership services for Royal Resorts, administers the internal exchange program. I recommend that you visit the Interval Servicing website http://www.intervalservicing.com and check out the online internal exchange program, it is easy to use and allows strings of matches, for example A with B, B with C, C with D, D with A, which gives you more possibilities than a one on one match. As more people enroll their units, the rate of successful matches will increase exponentially. You can also use the Instant Match option to see which members are interested in your interval and to check alternatives. No annual membership fee is required and the exchange fee is paid only when your exchange request is successfully matched. The current exchange fee is $149 US when using the online program or $159 US when submitting your form to Interval Servicing. If you would prefer not to do your exchange online, you can download the exchange forms on the site and email or fax them to Interval Servicing. For further information call 1-800-930-5050 (US & Canada), 001-800-930-5050 (from Mexico) or 954-485-5400 (Rest of the World); Fax: 954-730-9647. I have forwarded your query to Interval Servicing and a representative will contact you. I hope that this helps.
