Hello, my name is Joanna Green. I have been the Royal Resorts Communication Manager for over eight years and a Cancun resident for over 20! Instead of a newsletter owners comments and questions will be posted on the web site www.royalresortsnews.com. So if you have questions about Royal Resorts, the Mexican Caribbean and the Yucatan, please let me know and I will endeavor to answer them for you.

Dear Gerri: Thank you for writing to Royal Resorts News. I am sorry to hear about your husband’s illness and on behalf of all of us at Royal Resorts would like to wish him a speedy recovery. Hi Joanna,
We have been very pleased members of the Royal Resort family for about 5 years. However, my husband has been ill and traveling any distance from home has been very difficult for him. I was wondering how we would go about selling our unit at the Royal Hacienda. Any information or recommendations would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, Gerri

Dear David: Thank you for writing to Royal Resorts News. Complimentary WiFi access is available in the villas and in the public areas at The Royal Caribbean and The Royal Mayan. Ask for the access code at the Front Desk upon arrival at the resort. This service is offered at all six Royal Resorts in Cancun and the Riviera Maya. I hope that this helps.
